In short: this site sets no cookies, does no audience measurement and stores nothing in your browser. The fonts are hosted with the site: your visit calls no third-party service. The only data you can entrust us with is your email address, if you choose to.

What we process, and why

• The “Tell me” sign-up. Your email address, the page language and the date. One use only: writing to you the day Kartö's test opens. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after signing up. Storage: Supabase, servers in the European Union (Ireland).
• Messages sent to hello@iapiap.com. Your address and your message, to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us. Retention: at most three years after the last exchange. Email: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited).
• Technical logs. To deliver and protect the site, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and connection data for a short time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

We sell no data, run no advertising and do not use your data to train AI.

Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare and Google may process some data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can at any time access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@iapiap.com: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The studio's apps

Each iapiap app has its own privacy policy, published with the app. Kartö's covers, among other things, how photos are handled.
